Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the NeoPlay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using NeoPlay on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

Use of Services

NeoPlay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform in accordance with these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission
• Use the service to transmit harmful or misleading content

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify NeoPlay immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. NeoPlay is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the NeoPlay platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, data models, analytics outputs, and software — are owned by NeoPlay and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from NeoPlay content without express written permission.

Data & Analytics

Research outputs, pricing models, and analytics reports generated by NeoPlay are provided for informational purposes only. NeoPlay does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data-driven insights.

Aggregated and anonymized data from platform usage may be used to improve NeoPlay's services and research capabilities. Individual client data is never shared with other clients.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

• Loss of revenue or profits based on analytics recommendations
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform
• Unauthorized access to your data by third parties
• Decisions made based on platform data or reports

Termination

NeoPlay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, NeoPlay, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
